How to book tickets
Perryway Players & Livewire Amateur Dramatics Society have proudly moved all ticket sales to a dedicated box office. It really couldn’t be easier book your tickets.
You have 3 ways to book:

Online via our booking agent TICKETSOURCE the store and current events can be found at the bottom of this page or via our Facebook page.

By telephone, contact our booking agent TICKETSOURCE on 0333 666 3366* (number charged at local rate) – this will incur a postage charge, which is per transaction, not per ticket. Credit / Debit cards accepted.
* This is NOT a not premium rate number! 03 numbers cost the same as calls to any other 01 or 02 number.

Please note postage fee of over £1.50 will be charged to post tickets to you, but you can request to receive the tickets via text for 50p, or to print your own ticket free of charge. (These charges are levied by Ticketsource and may vary.)
Online and telephone bookings close 2 hours before the performance starts.
Any remaining seats are available at the Cadbury Hall Box Office from 30 minutes before curtain up.
Purchasing tickets by Telephone

Telephone bookings incur a £1.50 fee to cover postage, etc. (That’s £1.50 per booking, not per ticket!)

Purchasing tickets on door
Online and telephone bookings close 2 hours before the performance starts. Any remaining seats are available at the Cadbury Hall Box Office located at the entrance 30 minutes before curtain up.
We offer both CARD and CASH facilities on the door for ticket payment.
Which credit and debit cards are accepted?
For credit or debit card transactions, we accept payment by VISA credit and debit, MasterCard credit and debit, Maestro, American Express and JCB cards.
Delivery options
Customers who book online and pay by debit or credit card have a variety of ticket delivery options available to them.
Electronic Ticket: customers print their own e-tickets at home, at no additional cost.
Mobile Ticket: a mobile ticket which includes the unique booking reference and barcode is sent to the customer’s phone at a cost to the customer of £0.50 per booking.
Standard Post Ticket: available as an option up to four days before your event, tickets are dispatched to the customer directly from TicketSource via Royal Mail and the customer is charged an additional £1.50 per booking.
Refunds and Exchanges
We do not refund tickets unless the show is canceled so please make sure you take care when booking.
We will exchange tickets for another performance of the same production
